Gregory North is a recognized thought leader in enterprise and digital transformation with over twenty-five years of experience channeling the power of automation through the lens of process, focused on the customer experience. Engaging with industry leaders around the world, Gregory is helping to shape best practice in process automation and to prepare organizations for the emerging digital workforce. Prior to launching Globe North, Gregory was Chief Process Officer for Xerox Services, responsible for their transformation to an industry-facing, global shared services model.
Over his career, he has led Business Transformation at Xerox, Fidelity Investments and Tyco International’s M/A-COM Wireless Division, with industry experience in Business Services, Financial Services and Advanced Manufacturing. In those roles his responsibilities included enterprise process model design, Lean Six Sigma deployment and global implementation of SAP. While at Xerox, he partnered with Toyota and General Electric to help design and launch the award-winning New York State Lean program and sponsored the launch of the Lean program at Save the Children.

John Davidoski has decades of experience driving key initiatives in systems strategy, development, deployment, integration and ongoing business process optimization. John began his career as a programmer with IBM’s Microelectronics Division, quickly advancing to leadership roles with responsibility for Data Center management and overall IT strategy for IBM’s Northeast Region.
John then held a variety of IT management roles with IBM Global Financing (IGF), including Systems Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. Recently, John served as an Enterprise Business Transformation change agent at IBM and Xerox.
Er Ralston brings over 30 years of experience in numerous operations and process excellence interventions. He is an accomplished coach, advisor, teacher, and speaker specializing in Business Process Management, Lean and Six Sigma, strategic and tactical business planning, and the Baldrige Excellence Framework. Er founded Ralston Excellence, a North Carolina based training and consulting firm.
Previously, Mr. Ralston held positions as a Master Black Belt with the Juran Institute and with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He worked 20 years for AMP Inc. (now TE Connectivity) where he was Director of Quality for Worldwide Operations. Mr. Ralston is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a former Senior Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Simon Parker is an enterprise Business Architect and transformation leader with extensive experience gained across many international and global roles in IBM. He specializes in the realization of strategy through rigorous integrated business, process, information and systems design, together with transformation leadership.
Recognized for extensive business process design experience, technical background and talent for visualizing and presenting complex problems and solutions in simple, understandable ways. He has a track record of leveraging these core strengths as a key enabler for many major international and global transformation initiatives.
Tim O’Sullivan brings decades of experience serving a wide array of marquis clients from across the financial services industry on strategic initiatives including operational transformation, risk management and regulatory compliance matters. Leveraging his earlier industry experience of running operations, integrating TQM and managing client service relationships, Tim has built a successful consulting career delivering practical solutions to complex business and compliance challenges.
As a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Advisory Practice, he helped clients design and implement new business models and strategies to address operational deficiencies that balanced evolving business demands with effective risk controls and efficiency considerations. He has helped pioneer new industry standards for managing risk and oversight of service providers, while working across users, service providers and regulators to address the needs and concerns of each interested party.
Ashwin Vishwanathan comes with 14 years of global Management Consulting experience, with a focus on strategy and operational transformation projects at firms like McKinsey & Company (APAC), Ernst & Young (US), and Accenture (India & UK). Most recently, he was the VP of Transformation for Deutsche Bank’s Wealth Management business in Singapore, leading key operational transformational programs for the bank.
His experience involves advising clients from multiple industries, particularly Financial Services, on issues of digital strategy, agile transformation, operational cost reduction, regulatory change management, business process reengineering, enterprise transformation, and operating model redesign.
Danielle Guillemette is the Executive Administrator for Globe North. She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College. Danielle has experience working in the healthcare field for 6 years, and was featured in the RBJ in the Career Fast Start in 2018.
Danielle has a passion for people, a great sense of humor, and greatly enjoys helping to creatively solve problems.
